Kids are off to College!

The big push to get the kids ready for college became finalized when we dropped them off in southern California over the Labor Day Weekend. It was a long sad drive back to Silicon Valley and a few weeks of adaptation, but I am now able to focus more I what I want to do. Plus, it didn't take too long to hear from them (Mom, could you please send me...). They don't seem at all homesick - yet - but I doubt either would admit it straight out if they did. My husband and I miss them, but it's our little dog, Honey, who is feeling the most loss. We use SKYPE & actually see them, but Honey only hears them. I guess dogs can't see with the lack of depth perception on laptop flat screens.
